Terms and Conditions – Neighbor Discount Program

By participating in our Neighbor Discount Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

This discount is offered exclusively to residential customers enrolled in our snow-clearing service.

Each customer may refer up to five (5) neighbors to participate in the program.

To qualify for a discount, the referred neighbor must be successfully enrolled in our service, with all applicable fees paid in full and no outstanding amounts owing.

2. Definition of a Neighbor

A “neighbor” is defined as any residential property located within 25 houses of the referring customer’s property, in any direction, including across the street.

We reserve the right to verify the proximity of referred neighbors to ensure compliance with this definition.

3. Shared Benefits

Both the referrer (you) and the referee (your neighbor) are eligible to receive discounts through the program.

The discount applied is the same for both parties and is based on the date the referee enrolls.

Example: If a neighbor enrolls before or on December 1st, both the referrer and referee receive a 5% discount.

4. Discount Tiers

Discounts are calculated based on the date neighbors enroll in the service:

Before or on December 1st: 5% per neighbor (up to 25%)

After December 1st: 4.5% per neighbor (up to 22.5%)

After January 1st: 4% per neighbor (up to 20%)

After February 1st: 3% per neighbor (up to 15%)

After March 1st: 2% per neighbor (up to 10%)

5. Refunds and Adjustments

If a neighbor enrolls mid-season, and you enrolled at an earlier date, discounts will be applied retroactively, and any applicable refund will be issued for prepaid amounts.

6. Limitations

The maximum discount per customer is 25%.

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

7. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Neighbor Discount Program at any time without prior notice. In such cases, earned discounts will be honored for the current season.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for disputes arising between customers and referred neighbors regarding participation in the program.

9. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
